Since the start of 2021, due to lockdown, I started offering live, interactive, fitness workout classes in small groups using Zoom. Due to reopening of fitness centres after the lockdown, my online availability has become limited, hence I will be giving only one class every Monday, at 18:45.

Next class-   Monday, 05.06.2023 – 18:45   (60-70 Minutes).  PILATES, FULL BODY WORKOUT.

  • Please book the class ahead of time and if you are new to Zoom then download and login at least 15 minutes before the class start time.
  • Zoom class links & passwords are different for each class and are automatically sent out when you book the classes. Be sure to save your email, so you can access the link(s) easily. Check your junk email, you should receive email with link almost instantly.
  • Create a small space in your house/flat where you can move your arms and legs freely.
  • Please try to set up your device in a place where I can see as much of your body as possible, the better I see you, the easier it is for me to make corrections and keep the classes interactive.
  • A laptop, iPad or desktop computer will provide you better online  experience compared to a small mobile phone.

  • Download the Free App ‘Zoom Client for Meetings’ from Zoom.
  • To join, Open the Zoom application and select ‘Join Meeting’, use the unique Meeting ID and Password that you received by Email when you registered for the class.
  • Please sign in and test your Audio & Video connection before the class start time. You can also use ZOOM test link.
  • When you join the meeting, you will end up in the waiting room, I will then let you in.
  • To pin my video feed, hover over the picture/video of the teacher (CRIS4FIT.COM), 3 dots will appear at the top right of my video, click these, in the drop down menu that appears, choose ‘PIN/ video’.
